Comments: | This home may have been designed by Brooks & Brooks as it is similar in appearance and construction to a neighboring home at 303 Isolde | |
Architectural Comments: | The wide port cochere of the home is raised to be slightly above the flat roof of the home. The exterior walls are of a natural-colored king-sized brick. Though not visible from the street, the home's roof features gabled peaks with clerestory windows. This home is also known for its deep sloping lot that works down towards Rummell Creek. One can see some evidence of the lot's slope via the attached garage as it is slightly lower than the home. |
