Comments:This is one of the "newer" homes in the neighborhood as much of this section was built in the early to mid 1960s.
Architectural Comments:The facade of this home features king-size brick and clerestory windows above a gable-roofed common area. The architect also incorporated a concrete block screen wall to separate the home from the garage as well as brick banding next to the home's double-door entry. The front yard features a large filled in circular brick wall that may have originally served as a planter or simply a retaining wall.
