Comments: | | A twin to this home is located at 419 Isolde and at 419 Sam Houston Parkway. |
Architectural Comments: | | The interior once included a small atrium flanked by woodwork. The slab
was poured around the atrium to allow plants to be placed inside the home. A shoji screen once divided the living room from
the dining room. The exterior stresses privacy with clerestory windows in the front and wing walls on both sides of the house. The
woodblock in the detached garage was once signed in June 1958 by the carpenters who built the home. |
