Farrington, William G.

William G. Farrington, 1901-1967, was a real estate developer of residential and commercial property in the Greater Houston Area. He is especially known for creating Tanglewood, wealthy neighborhood located west of the Galleria area in Houston, Texas. He also was known for creating the Fairmont Park subdivisions and the Post Oak Shopping Center. He served as a director of several Houston area banks and savings and loan associations.
