Hood, Lucian T.

Lucian T. Hood, Jr. was one of Houston’s early modernist architects whose career spanned over four decades from the 1950s to the late 1990s. As a student of Donald Barthelme and a Graduate of the University of Houston College of Architecture, he went on to co-design notable structures such as The Century Building, The Times Building and countless residential projects transcending all architectural styles including modern. His refined eye for detail and incredible graphic skills kept Hood sought after throughout his career.
