Built on a corner lot in the Hillshire Village subdivision location in the Spring Branch area of Houston, the house was built in 1961. The design was a collaborative efforts between the owners and architect, David Strickler. The home still maintains many of Stickler’s designs and features such as the vaulted and beamed ceilings, fireplace with brick surround, Saltillo tile floors and pecky cypress exterior.
