This small apartment building near Mid Lane between Westheimer and San Felipe was featured on the 1956 Contemporary Arts Association Modern Home Tour. Along with the Pryor Apartments 2719 Kipling by Burdette Keeland, 1956 marked the first time apartments were featured on the CAA Modern Home Tour.
