M. Arthur Kotch designed this house in 1960 for Lucia and Gordon Cain, founder of Cain Chemical. The home was sold to the Lockwood family when Gordon Cain relocated to New York City in 1965. The Lockwoods have meticulously maintained the house since it’s purchase, and its original interiors remain intact.
