This house was built for the architect Max Flatow`s brother and is now in an advanced stage of decay. According to architectural historian Stephen Fox, the flat roof could be flooded for evaporative cooling. Architect Howard Barnstone was commissioned years later to design a ranch house for the same client, who died in a plane crash before it could be built.
The house was demolished in 2014.
