A dramatic design consisting of a tower set upon a base containing a parking garage and retail space, this building is the only known work in Houston by Washington, DC modernist Charles Goodman.

Goodman developed a national reputation for both single-family and multi-family residential designs. He designed show houses for Alcoa and several home magazines.
