This was Harwood Taylor’s second large apartment highrise and was designed for Dr. Ernest L. Wilkinson, president of Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. The major architectural feature was the cast in place concrete arches that comprise the façade. These arches are simultaneously a decorative feature as well as the structural frame of the building. The interiors were designed by Herbert Wells, and yes there was a fallout shelter.
