Percy Williams, an attorney, wanted a modern house to be built with the request that the family of five functions could be housed in one large centrally located room. Skylights were used in the large living room and a fireplace divided the living room area from the dining room area. A 6` walkway surrounded the house to keep direct sunlight away from the large expanses of glass. This house is one of Houston`s most fascinating lost moderns.
The house was featured in the June, 1964 issue of Texas Architect.
