This beautiful church was built by Hamilton Brown, FAIA for the Disciples of Christ Christian Church. Floor to ceiling glass abounds around the sanctuary and classic mid-century colors and stained glass greet you at the entrance. The project was cited by a panel of Texas Architect magazine judges as outstanding and worthy of an Architecture, 1959 Merit Award. It stands today as a testament to the Disciples of Christ Faith as well as Mid-Century Modern Architecture.
