This house was designed by William R. Jenkins, FAIA for the Perlman Family. The house was discovered to be a Jenkins design rather recently (after the Houston Mod book on Jenkins was published). It was remodeled in the 1970s, but was published in a home plan magazine so an original photo exists. Note how the decorative concrete block on the front of the house was at one time a carport.
