This house built for the Weintraub family in 1956 is featured in Jason Smith`s book for Houston Mod entitled `High Style in the Suburbs: The Early Modern Houses of William R. Jenkins`. The home was carefully renovated by the John and Michelle Arnold in 2006-2007 and received a Houston Mod Preservation Award for their efforts.
